This policy covers Caleb Zeringue's optional show and ticket text-alert program.

What we collect and why

We collect your mobile number, your opt-in and opt-out records, and any location information you choose to provide, such as your city or ZIP code. We use this information to manage your subscription, send relevant show announcements and ticket reminders, provide support, and honor your messaging preferences.

Your number is not a marketing handoff

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Brevo and delivery providers process the information needed to operate this program on our behalf, including delivery, consent management, and opt-out handling. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. Service processing does not authorize providers to use your number for their own marketing.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Control your subscription

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact caleb@calebzeringue.com. We retain information as needed to run the program and document consent or suppression, including records needed to avoid texting you after you opt out.
